The Leader's Protocol®


The Leader's Protocol® provides the fundamentals of a research-based 21st century behavioral model for how to best influence the performance of your people.

Participants of the Session Will:

  1. Participants will understand the influence context of leading in a no-normal environment. 21st century leadership dynamics of growth, change, relationships and the imperative of increasing return on leadership will be internalized and applied.
  2. Participants will develop the diagnostic skills to determine the performance and engagement levels of employees.
  3. Participants will attain competency in selecting the leadership appropriate for any given situation, and will understand a set of communication skills for effectively influencing employee behavior.

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      Cancellations will be accepted until 5 pm on Friday, October 28th

      • Cancellations received prior to this time/date should be requested in writing and sent to finance@a2astd.org.
      • Refunds will be issued either (1) by check (less a $5 processing fee) and will be mailed to the address on file or (2) transferred to the next scheduled A2ATD meeting date.

      Refunds after Friday, October 28th at 5 pm cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.

      About the Presenter:





      Don Brown dedicates his career to ‘helping people with people’ in leadership, sales and customer service. Bilingual and experienced at the executive and line-level alike, you see the results of his work across dozens of industries, including brewing, automotive, airline, banking and medical equipment.

      Speaking, writing, coaching and selling to the best – Ford Motor Company, Anheuser-Busch, United Airlines, Harley-Davidson, Jaguar Cars, Hilton Hotels and many, many more – Don takes great pride in long-standing customer relationships (some running well over twenty years).

      Don cherishes his start with Paul Hersey and Marshall Goldsmith, and has authored books with each; What Got You Here Won’t Get You There – in Sales! with Marshall, and Situational Service – Customer Care for the Practitioner with Dr. Hersey. Don’s last book, Bring Out The Best in Every Employee – How to Engage Your Whole Team By Making Every Leadership Moment Count, will be followed this year by Simple Truths in Music and Life, a work that has led him to include the guitar in special keynote offerings.





























      Jeneen McNally, President of Speak So They Listen, LLC is a Corporate Trainer, Coach, Interviewer, and Business Developer. She is also the Director of Sales for the University of Michigan Operations Leadership Workshop.


      She coaches and presents workshops about how to "Speak So They Listen"...speaking and presenting so you are listened to AND understood in: 1-1 conversations, meetings, and giving presentations.
