Coaching in Difficult or Complex Situations

Statistics obtained from surveys show that the ROI on business coaching is very high. Coaching can lead to sustainable growth and development of an individual, group, or organization. How can you coach so that performance and productivity increases? In this session, find out how you can apply effective communication and behavior change strategies when coaching, especially in difficult or complicated situations.

Participants of the Session Will:

  1. Provide examples and insights about the potential of coaching for peak performance.
  2. Demonstrate advanced coaching and communication strategies especially useful indifficult or complicated situations.
  3. Provide forms for goal setting, planning, implementation, and monitoringperformance.

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      Cancellations will be accepted until 5 pm on Friday, September 30th

      • Cancellations received prior to this time/date should be requested in writing and sent to finance@a2astd.org.
      • Refunds will be issued either (1) by check (less a $5 processing fee) and will be mailed to the address on file or (2) transferred to the next scheduled A2ATD meeting date.

      Refunds after Friday, September 30th at 5 pm cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.

      About the Presenters:





      Geraldine Markel, PhD, a board certified executive coach,enhances leadership and workplace productivity. As principal of Managing Your Mind Coaching & Seminars, Geri provides systematic processes to enhance business performance and profits. Dr. Markel is an educational psychologist and served as faculty in the School of Education and as seminar leader of the Instructional Design Workshop at the Executive Education Center,School of Business, University of Michigan.





























      Jeneen McNally, President of Speak So They Listen, LLC is a Corporate Trainer, Coach, Interviewer, and Business Developer. She is also the Director of Sales for the University of Michigan Operations Leadership Workshop.


      She coaches and presents workshops about how to "Speak So They Listen"...speaking and presenting so you are listened to AND understood in: 1-1 conversations, meetings, and giving presentations.
